Texas is indeed a big state with a wealth of exciting touring options from grand desert landscapes to exciting and culturally diverse cities. Dallas is famous for the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealy plaza, the Nasher Sculpture Center,  Arts District and a great zoo and aquarium. Houston features the NASA Space Center, the Menil Collection and great museums. Austin is a great capital with famous food and music options. San Antonio has the beautiful riverwalk, historic missions and the Alamo. Towns along the Gulf Coast like Corpus Christi and Galveston and South Padre Island offer nice beaches for swimming and water sports.
